Intro

Guylian Iced Coffee… made with real Belgian chocolate Seashells!

Ingredients

120 ml strong coffee (cooled)
60 ml milk or cream
3 to 4 Guylian Seashells (approx. 25 g)
Ice cubes
(optional) ½ tsp sugar or sweetener
extra Guylian chocolate for garnish

Preparation

  1. Melt the Guylian chocolate o Break 3 to 4 chocolate Seashells into pieces. o Place them in a heatproof bowl with 1 tablespoon of milk or cream. o Heat briefly (10–15 seconds in the microwave) and stir until you have a smooth, thick chocolate sauce.

  2. Mix with coffee o Pour the cold coffee over the melted chocolate. o Stir well so the flavours blend beautifully. (You now have a creamy chocolate–coffee base.)

  3. Build your glass o Fill a glass with ice cubes. o Pour the coffee–chocolate mixture over the top. o Add the remaining milk or cream and give it a quick stir, or let a swirl form naturally.

  4. Finishing touch o Place one Guylian Seashell on top or on the rim of the glass. o For extra indulgence, grate a little Guylian chocolate over the top.
