
Guylian Hot Chocolate
Intro
This is a Belgian-style hot chocolate with a hint of cinnamon. Using Guylian Seashells Chocolates makes it rich and creamy, and adds a luscious hazelnut undertone.
Ingredients
Preparation
Pour the milk into a small saucepan and heat until just simmering. Don’t let it boil.
While the milk is heating, finely chop the Guylian Seashells.
When the milk is hot, remove from the heat and add the chopped chocolate, cinnamon, and a tiny pinch of salt.
Leave to stand for a minute to let the chocolate melt, then whisk it well with a whisk until smooth.
Pour into a mug, squirt a good dollop of whipped cream on top, and sprinkle with some grated chocolate.
