Ingredients

6 Guylian Seashells
300 ml whole milk (or semi-skimmed, to taste)
2–3 scoops of vanilla ice cream
Whipped cream (optional, for topping)
A few extra Guylian Seashells for decoration

Preparation

  1. Gently melt the Guylian Seashells in a bain-marie or microwave (briefly on low power, stirring well).

  2. Add the melted chocolate, milk, and vanilla ice cream to a blender.

  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  4. Pour into chilled glasses, finish with whipped cream and a Guylian Seashell on top.

  5. Serve immediately — perhaps with a straw and a sprinkle of chocolate flakes.

  6. Serve tip: Serve in elegant glasses with straws and a few chocolate flakes if desired.
