Onze Mediteraanse hazelnoten worden in-huis geroosterd in koperen ketels, net zoals onze oprichter Guy Foubert dat deed. Deze methode van het roosteren en karameliseren van de hazelnoten, onder het oplettend oog van onze Meester Pralineurs, geeft onze praliné vulling een kenmerkende romige smaak.
